Framework agreement with purchase orders for technical inspection and health and safety coordination services (Lots 1 and 2)

Summary

The tender concerns a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders for two lots: technical inspection services and health and safety coordination. The services support construction, rehabilitation, demolition, extension, maintenance, major repairs, compliance works and structural diagnostics carried out on the buyer’s property. Lot 1 may also cover new acquisitions and major incidents such as fires or ground movements; Lot 2 covers safety and health coordination during the design phase, the construction phase or both. The framework is initially valid for 12 months from 7 December 2026 or, if later, from the date of notification, with three automatic renewals of equal duration and a maximum total duration of four years.
