Purchase of summer camps and travel stays for children and young people during Zone C school holidays, 2027–2030

Summary

The procurement covers 8 lots for providing summer camps and travel stays for children and young people during Zone C school holidays from 2027 to 2030. The lots include, among other things, nature and white-water activity stays in Europe, cultural and sports stays in France, stays in the Mediterranean region and European capitals, English-language stays, and seaside stays for different age groups. The estimated total value is EUR 2,467,116. The framework agreement is planned for 48 months from 4 January 2027 and may be extended up to three times, each extension lasting 12 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 11:00. A bidder may submit for and be awarded up to 8 lots; variants and multiple tenders for the same lot are not allowed. Tenders must remain valid for 6 months, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
