Inspection, regulatory monitoring and training services for playgrounds and sports equipment

Summary

The tender covers the inspection of playgrounds, multisport areas, skate parks, outdoor fitness equipment, health trails, sports goals and associated safety surfaces in the Plaine Commune area, together with inspection reports. Lot 4 includes annual inspections of playgrounds and recreational sports equipment, biennial load and stability tests for sports goals, acceptance inspections of new facilities, regulatory and standards monitoring, and one-day training sessions. The contract will be awarded to a single contractor as a four-year framework agreement, with orders issued as required. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 10 September 2026 at 12:00. A Lot 4 tenderer may not also tender for Lots 1, 2 or 3. Price represents 40% of the evaluation, technical quality 50%, environmental quality 5% and social inclusion proposals 5%.
