Collective catering services

Summary

The tender concerns the daily delivery of meals prepared off-site and the provision of catering services for CPAM de Loire-Atlantique employees at the Nantes Beaulieu site. The estimated volume is approximately 150 meals per day, and the estimated total value for both phases is EUR 1,207,500 excluding VAT, or EUR 1,449,000 including VAT. The initial phase lasts six months from 4 January 2027; the possible total contract duration is up to 42 months. The tender must be submitted electronically through the French government procurement platform PLACE by 30 September 2026 at 12:00. Attendance at one of the mandatory joint site visits on 10 or 15 September 2026 at 14:30 is required, and the visit certificate must be included in the tender. Tenders will be evaluated on technical and organisational quality (45 points), environmental and social performance (15 points), and price (40 points). The contractor must provide a continuous, high-quality service complying with food-safety requirements and implement the required social-inclusion measure.
