Topographic services, architectural surveys and interior surveys

Summary

The tender concerns topographic services, architectural surveys and interior surveys in Sevran. It is a two-lot framework agreement with a total duration of 48 months: an initial 12-month period and up to three 12-month extensions. Lot 1 covers land surveying, boundary determination, property divisions and cadastral plans; Lot 2 covers topographic surveys and other surveying work. The maximum value is EUR 400,000 excluding VAT per lot, or EUR 800,000 in total. A bidder may submit a tender for and be awarded both lots, but variants are not permitted and the tender must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 12:00. Electronic invoicing is mandatory.
