Supply of sports equipment for the needs of municipal services

Summary

The tender covers the supply of sports equipment for the needs of the municipality of Asnières-sur-Seine and its communal social centre under a framework agreement divided into 10 lots. The supplier may be required to provide gymnastics equipment, small sports equipment, ice-rink and judo equipment, fencing accessories, swimming-pool equipment, children’s movement equipment, bicycles and aquabikes. Depending on the order, the contract also includes delivery, unloading, installation and assembly, as well as maintenance and repair of larger equipment. There is no annual minimum volume for the lots; the annual maximum values range from EUR 4,000 to EUR 122,000 excluding VAT. The initial term runs until 22 August 2027 and may be renewed three times for one year each. The submission deadline is 18 September 2026 at 12:00. The award assessment allocates 40 points to price, 50 points to technical value and 10 points to delivery and warranty periods. The supplier must generally be able to deliver and assemble ordered goods within 21 calendar days and provide the required technical documentation in French.
