Summary

The tender covers surveying and measurement services within the territory of the Commune of Hyères in five lots: bathymetric and topographic surveys for ports and detection of underground networks; building and architectural surveys; topographic surveys for buildings, roads and public or private property; underground network detection; and land-plot divisions and boundary marking. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 16:30. A tenderer may bid for and be awarded all five lots. Each contract runs for one year and may be tacitly renewed three times, for a total period of up to 48 months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, technical value for 30%, and environmental and social performance for 10%.
