Strategic and operational client-side support for mobility

Summary

The Saint-Germain-Boucles-de-Seine intermunicipal authority is procuring strategic and operational support for mobility projects in three lots: diagnosis and strategy; support, expertise and feasibility studies for the cycling plan; and support, expertise and feasibility studies for the bus network. Lot 1 is a standard contract with an expected duration of 12 months and an estimated value range of €2,000–€140,000 excluding VAT. Lots 2 and 3 are order-based framework agreements, each with an initial 24-month term and one possible 24-month renewal; each has an estimated value range of €20,000–€200,000 excluding VAT. The estimated overall contract value is €470,000.
