Plumbing, HVAC, fountain and fire protection system works

Summary

Universcience is procuring works on the plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, fountain and fire protection systems at three sites in Paris: the Palais de la Découverte, Les Étincelles du Palais de la Découverte and the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie. The procurement is a multi-supplier framework agreement without lots, with a maximum total value of €4,000,000 excluding VAT. It will run for one year and may be tacitly renewed three times, up to a maximum total duration of four years; up to four operators will be selected to carry out subsequent contracts.
