Restoration of the Napoleon Room – plastering and ornamental plasterwork, Lot 1

Summary

The Isère Prefecture is relaunching Lot 1 of the works to restore the ceremonial room known as the Napoleon Room. The lot covers ornamental plasterwork and plastering; an alternative may use expanded metal lath of the Nergalto type or equivalent instead of the timber lath specified in the base offer. The planned works period is 17 weeks from contract notification, including four weeks of preparation; six weeks are stated for Lot 1 in connection with manufacture, supply, pre-acceptance operations and testing.
