Television services for high-level meetings during Lithuania’s 2027 Presidency of the Council of the EU

Summary

The Lithuanian National Radio and Television is procuring mobile television station services, including technical and creative staff, to televise high-level events during Lithuania’s Presidency of the Council of the EU from 1 January to 30 June 2027. The contract is divided into three lots: television coverage for leaders’ level events in Vilnius; large-scale ministerial or European Commission-level events and related coverage; and small- and medium-scale ministerial or European Commission-level events and related coverage. Services are ordered as needed and include equipment, event preparation, filming, recording or broadcasting, and associated technical support. The maximum budgets, excluding VAT, are €150,000 for Lot 1, €777,206.20 for Lot 2 and €374,705 for Lot 3.
