Construction of a workshop and storage facility and partial refurbishment of the existing building’s ground floor

Summary

SHEMA is procuring construction of an approximately 300 m² single-storey workshop and storage facility, together with partial refurbishment of approximately 110 m² on the ground floor of the existing office building at the SPIE Nucléaire site in Beaumont-Hague. The works include site infrastructure and landscaping, structural and building-envelope works, doors and windows, interior finishes, electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation and heating, divided into 12 lots. The site will remain operational during the works, which are scheduled to last seven months.
