Fit-out of a pastry and bakery workshop at Louis Guilloux High School

Summary

The Brittany Regional Council is procuring works to fit out a pastry and bakery workshop at Louis Guilloux High School in Rennes. The contract is divided into six lots: clearance, demolition and asbestos removal; partitions, linings, insulation and internal joinery; external joinery; floor and wall finishes and painting; plumbing, heating, sanitary installations and ventilation; and electrical works. The overall works period is capped at five months, including a four-week preparation period. The required additional services are motorised roller shutters for Lot 3 and associated cabling for Lot 6.
