Summary

The City of Liévin is procuring the removal, impoundment and storage of vehicles, followed by their return to their owners or destruction, when they are involved in offences or accidents on public or private roads. The framework agreement will be carried out through purchase orders, with a maximum value of EUR 20,000 excluding VAT per period and EUR 80,000 excluding VAT for its total duration. The stated contract period is 1 January to 31 December 2027, with possible renewals.
