Framework agreement for a public procurement management solution for CINOR

Summary

CINOR is procuring a software solution delivered as a service (SaaS) to manage the full lifecycle of its public contracts, from needs planning and consultation files to approvals, contract execution monitoring and management indicators. Implementation and user training are included. The 24-month contract is not divided into lots and has an estimated value of €52,000 excluding VAT, comprising a fixed-price component of €45,000 and an order-based component capped at €3,500 per 12-month period (€7,000 maximum in total).
