Hosting, maintenance and support of mes-démarches open-source components

Summary

Avignon University is procuring hosting, maintenance and support for the open-source components Authentic, Combo, w.c.s., Passerelle, Chrono, Hobo and Lingo used by its mes-démarches service. The services include SaaS hosting, preventive, corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance, technical and functional support, training, assistance, data migration and reversibility. This is a framework agreement lasting 48 months, starting on 1 January 2027, with a maximum value of €25,000 excluding VAT per year.
