Air-conditioning installation works to cool rooms in the City of Chelles’ 37 schools

Summary

The City of Chelles is procuring works to install air-conditioning systems to cool one room in each of its 37 schools. The contract has two lots: HVAC and air-conditioning installations, including associated terminal electrical connections and ancillary works; and electrical connections and suitable protective equipment for the HVAC systems. The contract lasts four months, including a four-week preparation period, with work expected to start on 11 January 2027 and as many cooled areas as possible to be operational by the end of April 2027.
