Revision of the Marne-Ourcq Territorial Coherence Scheme

Summary

The Community of Communes of Pays de l'Ourcq is procuring services to revise the Marne-Ourcq Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCoT). The work will align the scheme with the SDRIF-E and other higher-level planning documents, update strategic data and issues across the 22 municipalities of Pays de l'Ourcq, and assess whether municipal local urban plans (PLUs) are compatible with the revised scheme so that necessary changes can be identified. The contract is for 36 months.
