Kitchen compliance works and replacement of cold rooms at the Le Hohberg medical rehabilitation centre in Sarreguemines

Summary

UGECAM Nord-Est is procuring the renovation and relocation of the dry and refrigerated storage areas serving the production kitchen at the Le Hohberg medical rehabilitation centre in Sarreguemines. The works are divided into seven lots: stripping and structural works, finishes, heating/ventilation and sanitary plumbing, electrical works, resin and floor coverings, kitchen equipment, and a modular kitchen. The kitchen prepares approximately 240 meals per day; the works are scheduled to take four months.
