Payroll and mandatory declarations, with assistance on employment-law procedures

Summary

Troyes Champagne Métropole is procuring two lots of services for private-law employees: payroll processing and mandatory declarations (Lot 1), and assistance with employment-law and social-security procedures (Lot 2). The services cover two municipal bodies currently employing 21 and 4 people respectively, and may be extended to other affiliated entities within the contract limits. Each lot is a single-supplier framework agreement with annual ceilings of €23,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and €5,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2, initially for one year from 1 January 2027 and renewable twice for 12 months each.
