Works concession for renovation and operation of the Bois de Boulogne Equestrian Centre

The City of Paris is granting a 20-year concession for renovation and operation of the Bois de Boulogne Equestrian Centre, a site of approximately 17,085 m² at 62 Route de la Muette in Paris. The single-lot concession covers the centre’s buildings, outdoor areas and networks, including stables, arenas, a riding hall, offices and changing facilities. The concessionaire will carry out a minimum renovation programme and operate the facility for equestrian sports; the estimated overall contract value is €89 million.
