Support for securing, modernising and governing ASFR’s Microsoft 365 environment

Summary

Action Sociale Finance Restauration (ASFR) is procuring a coordinated, 12-month Microsoft 365 transformation programme through three complementary service lots, with a total maximum value of €530,000 excluding VAT. Lot 1 covers Entra Connect, synchronisation and identity security (estimated €55,000; maximum €170,000); Lot 2 covers the modernisation and security of around 100 Windows workstations (estimated €55,000; maximum €170,000); and Lot 3 covers Microsoft 365 governance, messaging and data protection, monitoring and continuous improvement (estimated €60,000; maximum €190,000). The programme serves an environment of approximately 120 users and includes staged deployment, documentation, stabilisation after each lot, support and training for at least two IT staff.
