Surface dressing and related works on the departmental roads of Doubs

Summary

The Department of Doubs is procuring a four-year framework agreement, performed through purchase orders, for surface dressing on departmental roads and related pavement works. The contract covers the supply, transport, storage and application of binder and aggregates, formulation of the surface dressing, and ancillary work such as micro-milling, hydro-regeneration, shot blasting, crack sealing and pavement reshaping with emulsion-treated gravel. It is divided into two geographic lots: Haut-Doubs, estimated at €3.5 million, and Montbéliard–Besançon, estimated at €4.5 million; the total estimated value is €8 million.
