Summary

The Collectivité of Saint-Martin is procuring demolition works for its buildings and, where it arranges work by authority, third-party buildings subject to danger or safety orders. The 36-month framework agreement has no minimum amount and a maximum value of €3 million; it may have up to three contractors, with work orders allocated in rotation. The works include site preparation, full or partial demolition, associated masonry and reinstatement, and sorting, removal and recovery of waste. The first order concerns the former Bord de Mer school in Marigot; asbestos-containing materials are covered by a separate contract.
