Demolition and reconstruction of the Précoumin residential care home in Le Luc-en-Provence

Summary

The Intercommunal Hospital of Toulon and La Seyne-sur-Mer is procuring the demolition and reconstruction of the Précoumin residential care home for dependent older people in Le Luc-en-Provence, to increase capacity and improve conditions for residents, visitors and staff. The works are divided into nine lots: demolition, structural works and building envelope; interior fit-out and finishes; heating, ventilation, plumbing and smoke extraction; electrical and fire-safety systems; medical gases; specialist biomedical equipment; lifts; landscaping; and roads, utilities and site works. The planned overall duration is 45 months, including a three-month preparation period.
