Rehabilitation of the Renan-Michelet School Complex, Michelet Gymnasium and Nursery as Part of the Marcel Lods Area Redevelopment

Summary

The City of Sotteville-lès-Rouen is procuring the rehabilitation of the Renan-Michelet school complex, Michelet gymnasium and Michelet nursery as part of the redevelopment of the Marcel Lods area. The works are divided into 19 separately awarded lots covering asbestos removal and strip-out, demolition and structural works, timber and metal structures, roofing and waterproofing, façades, insulation and interior finishes, sports facilities, building services, kitchen equipment, rainwater management and landscaping. The project is scheduled in two phases over a total of 37 months, with an estimated value of €13,958,000.
