Renovation works to the former La Frasse town hall and school

Summary

The Commune of Arâches-la-Frasse is procuring renovation works for the former town hall and school at 1905 route du Sappey in Arâches-la-Frasse. The project will improve the buildings’ roofs, façades and exterior windows to reduce heat loss, create housing in the former town hall and provide a multipurpose hall with a semi-professional kitchen in the former school. The works are divided into 17 lots covering asbestos and lead removal, site works and landscaping, demolition, structural and finishing work, kitchen equipment, an accessibility lift, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical systems. The estimated contract value is EUR 1,250,600, and the planned duration is 12 months.
