Building and surrounding-area works for accommodating an airship

Summary

The Syndicat Mixte pour l’Aérodrome Départemental is procuring works at Agen-La Garenne aerodrome in Estillac to adapt and extend a building for airship operations and develop its surroundings. The project also includes demolishing and rebuilding the local aero club hangar, with a new 800 m² hangar, while retaining the adjoining workshop. The works are divided into 10 lots covering external works and utilities, demolition and structural works, flooring, metal structure, roofing and façades, interior finishing, industrial doors, electrical works, and heating, ventilation and plumbing. A conditional tranche covers construction of an aircraft hangar; the lot 3 package also includes an optional additional service for surface repairs to the existing floor.
