Refurbishment of wings A and B of the Claudel geriatric pavilion at Saint-Julien Hospital – Phase 2

Summary

The procurement covers the second phase of refurbishment of wings A and B on the ground and first floors of the Claudel geriatric pavilion at Saint-Julien Hospital in Petit-Quevilly. Lots 2–10 cover external joinery; waterproofing; partitions, linings and ceilings; internal joinery and signage; floor coverings; painting; heating, ventilation and plumbing; medical gases; and electrical and fire safety systems. The works are scheduled to take eight months, including one month for preparation. Lot 1, covering strip-out, asbestos removal and structural work, was procured separately.
