Supply and delivery of electricity and associated services

Summary

The Community of Communes of Pays de Saverne is procuring electricity supply and delivery, together with capacity mechanism services, energy-saving certificates, balancing responsibility and related services, under a multi-supplier framework agreement. The contract is divided into two lots for supply points with capacity of up to 36 kVA and above 36 kVA, with maximum quantities of 6,735,130 kWh and 7,005,355 kWh respectively over four years from 1 January 2027. A 100% renewable electricity offer is required for both lots.
