Food supply for two school groups

Summary

The Municipality of Carbonne is procuring food supplies for the restaurants at the Henri Chanfreau and Guy Hellé school groups under a 14-lot framework agreement. The lots cover poultry, turkey, duck, pork, veal, lamb and beef; organic dairy products and cheeses; dairy and fresh products; frozen foods; conventional and organic fruit and vegetables; and groceries. Around 451 meals are served on school days four days a week, about 70 meals on Wednesdays, and 40–90 meals per day during school holidays. The agreement is scheduled to run from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2028, with up to two renewals, not beyond 1 January 2030.
