Climate-Resilient Living Lab in Podluží

Summary

The Region Podluží is procuring a climate-resilient living laboratory linking 13 municipalities through an integrated smart-infrastructure and energy-management system. The work comprises a regional EMOS data, integration and control platform; a pilot EMOS deployment in Kostice; 250 hours of energy-consultant support and training; and investment works for a local energy system integrating heat generation, combined heat and power, photovoltaic generation, battery storage, boilers, controls and related technologies. Planned servicing and ordered non-warranty work are also included for 60 months after handover. The estimated contract value is CZK 27,719,563.43.
