Renovation of the elementary school courtyard and toilets

Summary

The Municipality of Niedernai is procuring works to renovate the elementary school courtyard and toilets at 34 rue du Château. The contract is divided into two lots: external works and landscaping, and a single all-trades lot covering building, masonry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, joinery, plastering and painting. The works will be carried out in two successive phases while the school remains occupied, including new accessible toilets and access routes, courtyard drainage and landscaping, and restoration of the playground shelter and historic masonry. Lot 1 also includes four possible additional services: stainless-steel cycle stands, replacement of a drinking-water fountain, shrubs and turf, and a stone bench.
