Renovation and restructuring of the Grand Dax Intercommunal Office of Tourism and Thermalism in Dax

Summary

The Grand Dax Agglomeration is procuring the comprehensive renovation and restructuring of its Intercommunal Office of Tourism and Thermalism in Dax, a public-facing building used for tourism and thermalism information. The works cover seven lots: structural work; waterproofing and insulation; external and internal joinery and modular partitions; plastering and suspended ceilings; painting and flexible flooring; electrical work; and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The project also upgrades the building envelope, technical networks, interior finishes, public reception facilities and energy performance; the overall execution period is 30 weeks, including three weeks of preparation.
