Cleaning of Ardenne Métropole community buildings, 2027–2029 and 2029–2031

Summary

Ardenne Métropole is procuring recurring cleaning services for community buildings, excluding inaccessible windows, under five lots: administrative buildings; the two aquatic centres in Sedan and Charleville-Mézières; cultural buildings, including the departmental conservatory and community media libraries; occasional services outside the other lots; and the Maison des Internes. The contract starts on 1 February 2027 for 24 months and may be renewed once for a further 24 months, for a maximum total term of 48 months.
