Summary

Communauté d’agglomération Royan Atlantique (CARA) is procuring maintenance and high-pressure cleaning of wastewater and rainwater networks at its buildings and sites across the CARA territory. The contract is divided into two lots: wastewater networks and rainwater networks, each planned for four years. Fixed-price services will be delivered under an ordinary contract and unit-price services under a framework agreement with purchase orders.
