Supply of additional licences, operation and maintenance of the Finistère Smart Connect LNS

Summary

The Finistère Departmental Energy and Equipment Syndicate is procuring additional licences and services for the Finistère Smart Connect LoRaWAN Network Server (LNS). The contract covers configuring the existing server to support new radio gateways, supplying API connectors for additional business applications, conducting LoRa coverage studies, and operating and maintaining the LNS and API connectors. It is a single-supplier framework agreement for one initial year, from 2027, with three possible annual renewals through 2030; the minimum and maximum amounts are €50,000 and €400,000 excluding VAT per period.
