Postal services for senators’ letters in Poland

The Chancellery of the Senate of Poland is procuring domestic postal services for senators’ ordinary and registered letters, including acceptance, transport, delivery and, where necessary, return to sender. The 36-month contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 and is not divided into lots. Estimated volumes total 450,000 letters: 288,000 ordinary S-format letters up to 500 g, 72,000 ordinary M-format letters up to 1,000 g, 72,000 registered S-format letters up to 500 g and 18,000 registered M-format letters up to 1,000 g; actual volumes may vary.
