Implementation of an information system for the Housing and Financing Service

Summary

The City of Paris is procuring the implementation of an information system for its Housing and Financing Service. The single-lot contract covers initial scoping, solution design and construction for social and private housing, shared data, management and mapping functions, licences, environments, data migration and knowledge transfer. It comprises a 24-month fixed-price phase and a 48-month call-off phase for maintenance and further services, including development, support, training and on-call work; the call-off phase has a minimum value of €50,000 and a maximum of €400,000 excluding VAT.
