Design and delivery of communication training and individual or group support

Summary

The French Ministry of the Interior is procuring a framework agreement for the design and delivery of communication training and individual or group support for ministry staff. Lot 1 covers oral communication and media training; Lot 2 covers training on contemporary challenges in public communication. Services include designing and updating training modules, delivering in-person or virtual sessions, and developing e-learning modules. Delivery is planned over a maximum of four years, at the ministry’s training centre in Lognes, approved provider premises in Paris where needed, or online.
