Plaine Commune is procuring application development and operational maintenance for the open-source Bien VU software used to manage reports, built on the Lutèce framework. The single, un-lotted contract covers incident and anomaly support, application changes and updates, service monitoring indicators, and integration of map data from the geographic information system.
