Supply of electricity to meet the continuous needs of SMIBA sites

Summary

The Syndicat Mixte Inter-Aménagement Ballon d’Alsace (SMIBA) is procuring active electricity to meet the continuous needs of its sites. The supply includes electricity delivery and network access, balancing responsibility, the capacity mechanism, energy-saving certificates and associated services. This is a single-lot, four-year framework agreement starting on 1 January 2027, with subsequent contracts, up to 10 framework suppliers and a maximum quantity of 4,000 MWh; the framework’s maximum value is €1,000,000.
