Summary

The tender concerns the supply of low-voltage electricity at freely negotiated prices and covers Lot 1. The bidder must meet the following qualification requirements: be registered in the electricity market and hold a valid electricity trading license that includes the right to coordinate a balancing group; have a quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent; and have, in the last three years, delivered electricity on the market. The contract requires ensuring uninterrupted power supply and coordinating information flow and the balancing group according to energy law. Price is the only award criterion.
