Renewal and expansion of the Adobe licensing agreement
Summary
Rouen City and Rouen Normandy Metropolitan Authority are procuring the renewal of existing Adobe licences, additional licences and the termination of licences no longer needed for their services and associated legal entities. The single-lot framework agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 29 December 2029, with maximum amounts excluding VAT of €426,000 for the Metropolitan Authority and €105,000 for Rouen City.
