Summary
The French Senate is procuring printing and copying paper under a three-lot framework agreement with orders placed as needed. The lots cover white recycled A4 and A3 paper; white virgin-fibre paper in A4 cartons and A3 reams; and coloured and specialist papers, including paper for digital printing. Deliveries will be made to the Senate’s designated locations in Paris. The agreement is planned to begin in January 2027, run for one year with up to three annual renewals, and has maximum values of EUR 322,000, EUR 319,000 and EUR 420,000 including VAT for Lots 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
