Project management and study services for drinking-water and wastewater infrastructure in Guadeloupe

Summary

The Guadeloupe water and sanitation authority is procuring project-management and study services for the renewal, rehabilitation and creation of drinking-water and wastewater infrastructure under a two-lot framework agreement. Lot 1 covers water and wastewater pipelines and wastewater pumping stations, with a maximum value of €14 million. Lot 2 covers drinking-water pumping stations, production plants and reservoirs, as well as wastewater treatment plants, with a maximum value of €18 million. Services include design studies, assistance with works procurement, execution studies, works supervision and coordination, and support during handover; occasional preliminary studies and diagnostics are also included. The framework agreement has a planned duration of 48 months.
