Client-side assistance for programming and change management

Summary

The French Ministry of Economy and Finance is procuring client-side assistance with programming and change management for the planned major renovation, energy upgrade and space optimisation of the Berthelot Public Finance Centre in Chamalières. The fixed tranche covers detailed programming and support for current and future occupants through completion of the programme; the optional tranche provides further programming support and change-management services from programme delivery until the end of the defects-liability period. The project is intended to accommodate 648 residents in a building with 9,558 m² of usable gross floor area. The overall contract is expected to run for approximately 75 months.
