Urban and social project management for the Bambou-Tarzan area

Summary

EPFA Guyane is procuring urban and social project management services for the Bambou-Tarzan area in Rémire-Montjoly. The work includes field surveys of residents’ social circumstances, buildings and land, followed by the development of solutions such as rehousing, demolition or regularisation, and a preliminary assessment for the area’s substandard-housing reduction project. The contract comprises one lot and is planned to run for 16 months.
