Finishing works

Summary

France Travail Centre-Val de Loire is procuring second-fix and interior finishing works for its regional sites under three lots: partitioning; electrical works for power and data systems; and painting and floor coverings. The contracts are single-supplier framework agreements with no minimum purchase and maximum amounts, per contract period, of €350,000 plus €100,000 for each of two renewals for lot 1; €500,000 plus €200,000 for each renewal for lot 2; and €400,000 plus €100,000 for each renewal for lot 3, excluding VAT. The firm period runs through 31 December 2028, starting on 1 January 2027, with two possible one-year renewals.
