Project-owner assistance for the departmental buildings renovation plan – two geographical lots

Summary

The Var Department is procuring project-owner assistance to develop and implement a multi-year investment plan for major maintenance, renewal and energy-performance improvements across 73 departmental buildings. Lot 1 covers 44 buildings in the Draguignan and Saint-Maximin technical areas; Lot 2 covers 29 buildings in the West and East Toulon technical areas. Each contract includes a fixed-fee component and an order-based component, with no minimum and a maximum of EUR 40,000 excluding VAT for the order-based services over the contract term.
